To get the fastest recovery and best performance, Emerge installs a rapid recovery device.  This provides quick restores, whether it be a file or an entire server.  Your data is then replicated from the onsite device to 2 SSAE 16 Type 2 Certified Tier III datacenters, located in Massachusetts and California.  With this solution, your data is stored in 3 separate locations.  For businesses that have a low RTO, this is the best option to ensure your business continuity in the event of a disaster.

Service Options

To customize your backup solution, you can add the following:

Restore Service:  Emerge will assist with all restores, from a single file, to a full restore of your environment during normal business hours.  Included is monthly test restores to ensure your data is available when you need it. 

Backup Service: Emerge will monitor and maintain your backups during normal business hours.  This includes resolving any failed backup issues.

Elite Service:  Includes both the restore and backup service in a cost saving bundle. This option also waives the provisioning fee
